Japanese Automotive Professional Service

Had a fantastic experience with Japanese Automotive. The whole team was very friendly and knowledgeable. Came in needing to replace my wheel bearings and they did a check of my car since I’m in the 120,000 mile club. Now my car is no longer yelling at me when it hits 30mph- it’s driving nice and quiet. They were thorough, great with communication, and it was very easy from drop off to pickup. I also appreciated them not pushing a lot of extra services, but letting me know what was going on so I can plan for the future. Also, getting a freshly baked chocolate chip cookie was an unexpected surprise, haha. They definitely have my service- highly recommend!

I had my first oil change provided by Japanese Automotive on 07/27/26. The price was great with the coupon they sent in a mailer card. And there was no wait time to get my vehicle in their shop. This was probably the fastest oil change I have ever had. The entire staff was extremely friendly and professional. I plan to come back again for future service visits.

Tim & the team at Japanese Automotive, were fantastic. This was our first experience with them & they didn’t disappoint. After an initial inspection, Tim took the time to go over all issues uncovered and made a reasonable recommendation based on priorities. We settled on the top items and tasked them with a quick turnaround. We needed a battery & terminals replacement, various fluids flushed & a few other general matinence items. Overall, they did a great job and we’d use them again.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ My recent experience with Japanese Auto Service was outstanding. My wife and I both have our vehicles serviced here, and they continue to earn our trust. Recently, my car developed a coolant and thermostat issue. It was after hours, so I had it towed to the shop. First thing the next morning, Tim reached out to let me know they had started diagnosing the problem. After completing the inspection, he provided a detailed estimate, walked me through exactly what was happening with my car, and discussed all of my repair options without any pressure. The repairs were completed, and I had my car back by early that afternoon. The entire process was efficient, transparent, and professional. If you're looking for a shop that knows what they're doing, communicates clearly, treats customers with respect, and charges fair prices for quality work, I highly recommend Japanese Auto Service. Their team is knowledgeable, friendly, professional, and consistently delivers excellent service. They've earned our business for the long term.
